Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume HR administrative tasks including employee records, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Support recruitment processes by screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll matters
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of sensitive HR data in healthcare contexts
- Assist in preparing HR reports, analytics, and performance metrics
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs
- Maintain accurate records of HR policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- Proven ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks efficiently
- Strong understanding of HR confidentiality protocols and data security standards
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Knowledge of Singapore labor regulations is advantageous
