Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a seamless and positive transition into the company.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases with strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of employee development programs, workshops, and performance management initiatives.
- Provide operational support to the HR department regarding leaves, benefits administration, and company policy compliance.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, turnover, and training completion rates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or talent management is preferred; fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail industry environment.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
