Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate employee timekeeping records using HRIS systems
- Process and coordinate employee benefits enrollment and documentation
- Assist in payroll processing by verifying timecard submissions
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and timekeeping policies
- Prepare HR reports for management review
- Coordinate with insurance providers for benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of HR administration experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and timekeeping software
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data management
