Tanggung Jawab
- Support the implementation of employee engagement programs and activities to boost workplace morale and retention
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and support staff development initiatives
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the HR Manager when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and administrative correspondence
- Support the enforcement of company policies and procedures across all departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
