Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into company culture and processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including digital and physical 201 files.
- Administer employee benefits and handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure labor law compliance.
- Provide support for employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and performance management cycles.
- Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in HR administrative functions or generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and work under minimal supervision.
