As an HR Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the health of our internal culture. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll administration, serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, and assisting with various HR administrative tasks that keep our workplace running smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns regarding benefits, payroll, leave requests, and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, including document preparation and orientation facilitation.
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Prepare regular HR reports, including headcount, attendance, and turnover metrics for management review.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll administration.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and HRIS software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist employees at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines consistently.
