As an HR Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our daily human resources operations. You will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, manage recruitment pipelines, and ensure that our administrative workflows run smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment activities, from posting job advertisements to conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring all compliance and company documentation are completed.
- Maintain and update comprehensive physical and digital employee records, ensuring strict confidentiality and data privacy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies, benefits, and general HR administrative procedures.
- Ensure all HR operations and practices remain compliant with local labor regulations and company guidelines.
- Assist in preparing necessary documentation for payroll processing and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, and training activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR Associate, HR Assistant, or in a similar Human Resources role.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and standard HR practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR database systems.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Fernando, Pampanga under a contract/temporary arrangement.
