Tanggung Jawab
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Assist in administering performance management systems and employee evaluations
- Coordinate compensation and benefits administration programs
- Facilitate learning and development initiatives and training workshops
- Manage employee relations matters and resolve workplace concerns
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance
- Support HR policy implementation and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of generalist HR experience, hospitality industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
