Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS documentation.
  • Support employee relations initiatives by assisting in conflict resolution and staff grievance handling.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
  • Support payroll administration and benefits coordination as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or recruitment support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
