Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the administration of employee relations activities, including document preparation and grievance handling.
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery and policy implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
