In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring our employees are supported through precise payroll administration, comprehensive benefits management, and sound labor relations practices.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and private health insurance.
  • Provide support to the HR department in managing day-to-day employee relations and internal inquiries.
  • Assist in the documentation and implementation of compensation strategies and salary structures.
  • Facilitate the resolution of labor-related concerns while ensuring compliance with current labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update personnel records, attendance logs, and leave balances in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Support the team during performance management cycles and annual compensation reviews.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in HR operations, specifically focusing on Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and compensation best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity while managing competing deadlines.
