Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR with focus on employee engagement
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of HR best practices and organizational development principles
- Experience with employee survey tools and data analysis
