Tanggung Jawab
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction
- Manage employee relations matters through mediation and conflict resolution
- Oversee HR administrative tasks including documentation, record-keeping, and compliance
- Assist in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Coordinate training initiatives and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to HR data analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in recruitment or employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with emotional intelligence
