Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in employee relations or HR operations
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, NLRC) and HR compliance
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with diplomatic approach to sensitive matters
