You will serve as a key partner to management and employees, handling essential HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for retail staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a harmonious workplace culture.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits enrollment, and compensation programs to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations through regular audits and documentation.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including orientation programs and skills enhancement workshops for the retail team.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and support the company’s strategic organizational goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in HR operations, preferably within the retail, sales, or service industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the agility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
