Join Dolmar Land's dynamic HR team as an HR Associate I and drive our recruitment excellence strategy. This pivotal role focuses on talent acquisition while supporting comprehensive HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You'll partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs, source top-tier candidates through multiple channels, and streamline interview processes to ensure seamless hiring. Beyond recruitment, you'll assist with employee onboarding, HR policy implementation, and maintain accurate personnel records in compliance with labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Assist with employee onboarding programs and orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve routine HR inquiries
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, and employment records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of HR/recruitment experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
