Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies across multiple channels
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and position profiles
- Optimize recruitment workflows to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire
- Manage applicant tracking system and recruitment analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage candidates
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs
