Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a Manila-based team supporting North American HR Benefits operations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Tier 1 service delivery metrics and SLAs for US and Canada regions.
- Drive continuous process improvements to streamline benefits administration and increase operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex employee benefit inquiries and issues.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, conducting regular coaching and performance development sessions.
- Monitor shift performance, ensuring adequate coverage and high productivity during the night shift.
- Collaborate with global HR stakeholders to implement new benefits programs and policy updates.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on benefits delivery performance and headcount metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Benefits or Shared Services, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of US/Canada HR benefits administration and compliance practices.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of communicating effectively with international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite (specifically Excel for reporting).
- Flexibility to work permanently on the night shift.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
