Tanggung Jawab
- Support HR consulting projects including talent strategy, organizational design, and performance management systems
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to clients
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct research on industry HR practices and emerging trends
- Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and training materials
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to solution design discussions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong academic record (minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous internship or project experience in HR preferred
