Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in performance management and talent development strategies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
