Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business unit objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
- Design, implement, and monitor employee engagement initiatives to build a positive company culture.
- Facilitate performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with local Indonesian labor regulations.
- Address employee relations issues promptly, providing guidance and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a highly empathetic, collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
