As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to management, aligning human capital strategies with the university's broader goals. You will be responsible for navigating complex employee relations issues, driving performance management initiatives, and championing employee development programs. Your expertise will help build a resilient workforce capable of meeting the dynamic needs of a world-class academic institution.
Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads and senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching.
- Support talent acquisition and succession planning to ensure the university has the right people in the right roles.
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives, including culture building and change management.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and university policies.
- Conduct regular HR audits and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and organizational development.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Experience in the education sector or a large, complex organization is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and recruitment software.
