Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with C-suite executives to develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize structure, workflows, and business processes
- Drive talent management programs including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems/processes
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, engagement surveys, and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and talent strategy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
