Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic HR partnership to assigned departments (1-2 business units)
- Deliver end-to-end HR services including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Advise leadership on talent management, performance management, and organizational development
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Drive cultural initiatives and change management programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in HRBP role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities
