Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational needs
- Provide expert guidance to leadership on talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives
- Lead employee relations programs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering positive workplace culture
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions for organizational improvement
- Facilitate performance management processes and drive continuous learning initiatives
- Manage compensation and benefits programs while maintaining competitive market positioning
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and succession planning requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with business partnering focus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Certifications in HRBP or related professional development (e.g., SHRM-SCP) advantageous
