Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business leaders to understand and deliver on business objectives through effective HR strategies.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Conduct workforce planning and talent gap analysis to ensure the right skills are in place.
- Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company values and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in handling complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution.
