Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the competitive sports industry
- Design and execute organizational development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth
- Drive performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and development planning
- Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor regulations while fostering positive workplace culture
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide strategic insights for decision-making
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience with proven strategic impact
- Expertise in Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in sports industry or fast-paced dynamic environment preferred
- CHRP/SHRM-SCP certification or equivalent HR credentials highly valued
