Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Provide expert advice to leadership on employee relations, labor regulations, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
  • Analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights for resource planning and talent optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute short-term HR projects and administrative support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in HR functions or as an HR Coordinator/Generalist.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s Employment Act and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
