About the Opportunity:
PERSOL Singapore, a leading workforce solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to be placed on assignment with our esteemed client in the heart of the Central Region. Role Overview:
This 4-month temporary contract is scheduled to commence in July 2026, offering a competitive monthly salary of up to $4,200. Operating from a prime location in Newton, you will work standard office hours (Monday – Friday) and report directly to the Head of HR. You will play a critical role in driving the people agenda, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
As the primary HR interface for multiple business units, you will manage a full spectrum of HR functions. This includes providing expert advice on employee relations, leading performance management review cycles, and overseeing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Your ability to analyze HR data, manage payroll coordination, and implement policy improvements will directly contribute to the success of the business.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a proactive and resilient HR generalist with a strong grasp of Singapore's Employment Act and local HR practices. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and are comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, combined with at least 3-5 years of experience in a business partnering capacity, is essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on HR initiatives that drive organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and the Singapore Employment Act.
- Lead performance appraisal cycles, working with managers to set objectives, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.
- Support the full recruitment and selection process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with the payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with current best practices and legal requirements.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports, delivering data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational development projects throughout the contract duration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience, with proven exposure to HR business partnering.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local HR compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations cases and performance management processes.
- Candidates who can commit to a 4-month contract starting in July 2026 are highly preferred.
