- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals in the Construction/Engineering sector
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
- Oversee HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation
- Drive HR transformation projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across corporate offices and remote project sites
- Provide expert workforce support including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in HR Business Partner role
- Proven experience in Construction/Engineering industry or heavy industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Experience managing performance management cycles and HR operations
- Ability to lead HR transformation projects and drive change initiatives
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools
