Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders in Guiguinto, Bulacan, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee development
- Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment
- Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture
- Analyze workforce trends and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
- Support organizational development initiatives, including change management and restructuring
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations to ensure legal and ethical HR practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR business partnering experience, preferably in a logistics or courier industry
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights
