Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders in Guiguinto, Bulacan, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee development
  • Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including change management and restructuring
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations to ensure legal and ethical HR practices

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR business partnering experience, preferably in a logistics or courier industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights
