PERSOL is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support our established healthcare client in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to management, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement within a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring full compliance with relevant labor laws and healthcare regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational development and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to a diverse workforce.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and develop strategic HR solutions to address them.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and drive career progression.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations and mediating conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Act as a change management champion during organizational restructuring or process improvements.
  • Monitor workforce metrics and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to drive employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
