PERSOL is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support our established healthcare client in the West Region. You will be responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring full compliance with relevant labor laws and healthcare regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and develop strategic HR solutions to address them.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and drive career progression.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations and mediating conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Act as a change management champion during organizational restructuring or process improvements.
- Monitor workforce metrics and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to drive employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
