Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a trusted advisor to department heads on organizational structure, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Design and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s short-term and long-term business goals.
- Manage full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and coaching managers on feedback delivery.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable data-driven insights to leadership to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP capacity.
- Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits and managing HR operational workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex employee relations issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
