Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads on organizational structure, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Design and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Manage full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and coaching managers on feedback delivery.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable data-driven insights to leadership to improve operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP capacity.
  • Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits and managing HR operational workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex employee relations issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
