Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and operational objectives.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and propose actionable solutions to improve workforce productivity.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline hiring processes and ensure talent acquisition aligns with long-term growth.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of employee buy-in.
- Champion company culture and inclusion initiatives to maintain high levels of employee engagement and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role, preferably within the telecommunications or engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and navigate complex matrix organizational structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and professional integrity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of bridging gaps between management and frontline employees.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools for reporting and tracking HR initiatives.
