Frontier Towers is seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will act as a consultant to leadership, serving as the bridge between organizational objectives and our most valuable asset: our people. You will be responsible for driving human resources initiatives that cultivate a high-performance culture, foster employee engagement, and ensure operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and operational objectives.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws.
  • Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and propose actionable solutions to improve workforce productivity.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline hiring processes and ensure talent acquisition aligns with long-term growth.
  • Drive organizational change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of employee buy-in.
  • Champion company culture and inclusion initiatives to maintain high levels of employee engagement and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role, preferably within the telecommunications or engineering industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and navigate complex matrix organizational structures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and professional integrity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of bridging gaps between management and frontline employees.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools for reporting and tracking HR initiatives.
