Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to bridge skill gaps and enhance staff productivity.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key roles, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition aligned with business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy interpretation.
- Monitor and analyze staffing data to ensure optimal resource allocation across departments.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages employee retention and high engagement.
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in HRBP, Generalist, or Recruitment roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and workforce trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Law and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
