As an HR Business Partner at Ubiquity, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all aspects of human resources management. In this position, you will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their unique staffing needs, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding processes for new team members. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Lead talent acquisition efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding quality candidates
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage performance management processes and support career development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and employment standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee relations management
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIP, PHR) is an advantage
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
