- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent in key positions
- Implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost productivity and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in business partner role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and trends
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Experience implementing HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and organizational development
