Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in global collaboration and cross-cultural communication
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
