Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, providing expert coaching and mediation to resolve conflicts.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal company policies.
- Facilitate training and development programs to bridge skill gaps and promote internal mobility.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management regarding talent management, compensation, and organizational change.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement programs.
- High proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment with a focus on day-shift operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret HR data for strategic planning.
