Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage employee relations cases, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Lead talent acquisition processes including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives and change management efforts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR Business Partner experience in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with all organizational levels
- Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP) are highly advantageous
