Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end HR projects, ensuring deliverables are met within tight deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal corporate policies while promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR operational processes through data-backed recommendations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Analyst role.
  • Proven expertise in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or HRIS tools).
  • Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex employee relations cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a hybrid work arrangement.
