Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers within designated business units, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support the implementation of talent management strategies, including performance management cycles, career development programs, and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution in alignment with company policies and Indonesian labor law.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for key roles, ensuring a smooth and effective talent acquisition experience.
- Collaborate on organizational development initiatives, including change management and cultural transformation projects.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR programs and services.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations and internal HR policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
