Kualifikasi

- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in fast-paced consumer goods industry preferred
