EXL Services is seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner (Sr. Manager Level) to join our team in Pasay City. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, bridging the gap between business objectives and human capital initiatives.

You will be instrumental in driving organizational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and managing end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate is an expert in navigating complex employee relations, implementing talent development strategies, and championing employee engagement in a dynamic corporate landscape.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Drive the execution of HR programs, including performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations and provide expert guidance on labor laws and internal policy compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
  • Collaborate with global HR Centers of Excellence to implement localized HR strategies effectively.
  • Support change management efforts during organizational shifts to ensure seamless transitions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years at a Manager level, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Philippine labor law, employee relations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive complex HR projects independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HRIS platforms and data reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
