EXL Services is seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner (Sr. Manager Level) to join our team in Pasay City. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, bridging the gap between business objectives and human capital initiatives.
You will be instrumental in driving organizational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and managing end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate is an expert in navigating complex employee relations, implementing talent development strategies, and championing employee engagement in a dynamic corporate landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Drive the execution of HR programs, including performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation benchmarking.
- Lead complex employee relations investigations and provide expert guidance on labor laws and internal policy compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
- Collaborate with global HR Centers of Excellence to implement localized HR strategies effectively.
- Support change management efforts during organizational shifts to ensure seamless transitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years at a Manager level, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Philippine labor law, employee relations, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive complex HR projects independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using HRIS platforms and data reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
