Tanggung Jawab
- Execute ad-hoc HR tasks assigned by the HRBP Manager to optimize service delivery
- Support implementation of HRD initiatives across employee lifecycle stages
- Assist in analyzing HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee relations issues
- Contribute to recruitment processes including screening and interview coordination
- Prepare HR documentation and reports for management review
- Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in HR information systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
