Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement leadership development programs and succession planning
- Manage performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives
- Drive learning & development initiatives through needs assessment and program delivery
- Partner with department heads to identify talent gaps and development opportunities
- Conduct talent reviews and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and job architecture reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR experience with 2+ years in talent development focus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Proven experience designing and implementing L&D programs
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in multinational corporate environments
