Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily HR operations for the assigned cluster, ensuring alignment with IBM’s global standards and local regulations.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and retain top-tier talent in a competitive market.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and IBM internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team to enhance their capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking mindset.
