You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, from talent acquisition and performance management to employee relations and compliance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage the daily HR operations for the assigned cluster, ensuring alignment with IBM’s global standards and local regulations.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and retain top-tier talent in a competitive market.
  • Implement and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
  • Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and IBM internal policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team to enhance their capabilities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking mindset.
