Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market trends
- Conduct salary benchmarking and job analysis to ensure equitable compensation structures
- Manage employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Prepare compensation reports and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HR team on performance reviews, promotions, and salary adjustments
- Maintain accurate employee compensation records in HRIS systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compensation regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience with market compensation surveys and job evaluation methodologies
- Professional certification (e.g., CCP, CSCP) preferred
