Mumuso, a dynamic and fast-growing global retail brand, is looking for a proactive HR Compensation and Benefits Assistant to join our team in Paranaque City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our payroll and benefits operations, ensuring that our valued employees are compensated accurately and on time.

You will work closely with our Payroll Officer, gaining hands-on experience in the intricacies of government contributions, statutory benefits, and payroll administration. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Payroll Officer in the accurate and timely preparation of monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Process and monitor mandatory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance records, leaves, and timekeeping data.
  • Handle documentation and filing for compensation and benefits-related concerns.
  • Assist in answering employee queries regarding their benefits, payslips, and statutory deductions.
  • Coordinate with government agencies for the filing and payment of monthly contributions.
  • Prepare reports and conduct data entry tasks related to compensation and benefits audits.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, specifically in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits, is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) is a must.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine Labor Code and statutory benefits.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Paranaque City.
