We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Compensation and Benefits Associate to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that our team members are accurately compensated and well-supported regarding their benefits.

As an Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our payroll processes and attendance systems. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing clear, empathetic, and accurate information. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure 100% accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Monitor and manage daily attendance tracking, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and process mandatory government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and other statutory contributions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and compensation databases with high precision.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
  • Assist in the administration of various employee benefits programs and annual compensation reviews.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits administration.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory government benefits.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information ethically.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines consistently.
